Solar Panel, SuperCapacitors and a Buck/Boost

One of those fun days messing around with a solar panel, supercapacitors and a buck/boost converter :)

Automatic ON and OFF Light Switch | Simple DIY Project

This device turns lights on automatically when it's a night, and off when it is a daytime, just like street lighting. How it works: This device turns light bulb ON when it senses darkness and turns the light bulb off when it senses light. What you need to build this device: 1. MOSFET 2N7000 2. Light dependent resistor LDR07 3. 470k resistor 4. 12V Relay 5. 12V Power Source 6. Wires.

How To Make A DIY Variable Power Supply With Adjustable Voltage(0-30V) And Current(0-10A)

A variable bench power supply is the most important tool for any DIY maker cause while testing circuit it needs different values of voltage and current. So in this tutorial, I'm going to show you how you can build your own DIY variable power supply with adjustable voltage (0-30V) and current (0-10A). In this tutorial, I'm using LTC3780 DC buck and boost converter which is a really amazing converter and it can provide 130W of power depends on your input power source. I'm using 12V 3A dc input power source which can produce (0-30V) and (0-3A) output power. This is pretty enough for testing circuits. I'm also using a 7805 regulator for 5V constant voltage. Click on this link for more details and circuit diagram: https://www.instructables.com/id/DIY-Variable-Power-Supply-With-Adjustable-Voltage-/ Here's the parts list: 1) LTC 3780 DC Buck And Boost Converter. 2) 12V DC Fan. 3) 12V 3A DC Input Power Source. 4) 500k & 200k Potentiometer. 5) Digital Voltmeter Ammeter Display. 6) 7805 Voltage Regulator IC 7) In4001 or In4007 Diode. 8) 100uF & 10uF Electrolytic Capacitor. 9) 4ps Banana Socket. 10) 2ps knob For Potentiometer. 11) DC Switch. 12) DC Jack Socket 2.1mm. 13) Heat Sink. 14) 4mm Acrylic sheet. 15) Some Wooden Blocks. 16) Wires 17) Zip ties Thanks for watching this video. Just purchased a low cost YIBAI YX-20A from an online store, it auto cuts off/on electrical DC flow when it reaches a certain value set by the user. S1 is to set the cutt off voltage, S2 to set the start on voltage, by pressing S1 or S2 it will show the current value, long press until it blinks will edit the value, wait for the blinking to stop then it will be saved, it has a display so you can easily see the current voltage of the system. Set values is saved into memory so even if the device is removed, the set value is still saved on the device. It's up to you how you gonna use it, it can be used to cut off /on certain devices or appliance plugged into the battery/so S1 is to set the cutt off voltage, S2 to set the start on voltage, by pressing S1 or S2 it will show the current value, long press until it blinks will edit the value, wait for the blinking to stop then it will be saved, it has a display so you can easily see the current voltage of the system.
